Yes.

No. You are in control at all times. You can talk, move your body, ask for a bathroom break, etc. You cannot be made to do anything against your will or even go into a deep meditative state without your consent.

The experience will be different for different people. Some feel floaty or sleepy. Some don’t. Most people feel a sense of deep relaxation and ease. In this state of relaxation you are awake, alert, and aware of everything that is happening within your session.

Subconscious Reprogramming is not magic – it’s science! It works by creating a burst of brain waves that are the same as when you’re in REM. This ‘meditative state’ allows you to access the subconscious mind. It’s easy to do and most of us do this on a daily basis. Daydreaming, getting lost in a book or movie, and those moments before falling asleep.

Even if you think you know the reason this allows you to see it in a new way. This is what allows you to change the story around it and change your beliefs. Many clients are surprised to find that it’s different from what they expected. Honestly, if you had already discovered the true reason behind it, you probably would have been able to change it by now.

Subconscious Reprogramming allows access to the reasons of what and why we do the things we do as the subconscious searches for the source. The source of these issues are usually based on ‘age appropriate’ understanding of events that we experienced. When you discover the link between what you are experiencing now and what you experienced then, you will use your adult understanding to let go of these old beliefs, rewiring new beliefs to move forward.

Deeper holding patterns will usually take several sessions to resolve.

It’s important to understand that whatever you experienced in your past you are not reliving now. You are an observer in a safe environment. It’s good to know that your subconscious mind will not bring forward anything that is unsafe for you to manage and if one day it is necessary to have awareness, you will have the knowledge how best to deal with it, as well as the knowledge that you’ve already safely released and resolved the subconscious impact.

Don’t worry about how deep you go. You’re going to allow yourself to go as deep as you feel comfortable. The more often you go into hypnosis, the deeper you go. How deep you go is not linked to your results. The truth is, it’s working, it’s effective, and knowing that allows you to sink into the experience quickly.

Again, this is different for everyone. It also depends on how deeply you work. Often, people come out of session feeling a deep sense of peace, excitement about what they discovered, and feel incredibly empowered. This feeling usually continues a few days post session as your subconscious programming continues to release, resolve, and reprogram.

There are 3 main types of results with Subconscious Programming.

  1. Shiftfaced. Thoughts, feelings, and behaviors immediately begin to shift in session. These changes continue to happen every day post session.
  2. Bit by bit. You notice consistent changes daily as pieces continue to shift and resolve over time.
  3. Retroactive. You don’t really notice anything significant right away. As time goes on and life comes at you, you reflect back and realize all the many differences in your life.

Honestly, it can also be a combination of all three. As different experiences happen your awareness of these changes occur.
